Analysis of how ethical leaders predict effective schools according to teachers

Abstract : Numerous educational kinds of research exist on teachers, students, and school principals. One of the primary purposes of these studies has been to contribute to realizing the aims of education by using the capacities of these variables in the best way. Schools whose principals, teachers, and students use their potential best have seen them as effective schools. Therefore, in line with all this information, this study aims to reveal how a value-based leadership type, such as ethical leadership, can be related to effective schools and the traditional characteristics that make effective schools effective. The relational survey model, one of the quantitative methods, used in the research. This research was carried out during the period 2024–2025 on a sample of teachers working in public schools. The questionnaire was administered to 309 teachers. cluster sampling is used for sampling. The School Effectiveness Index and ethical leadership scales used in the study, and the data evaluated by ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. As a result of the study, there is substantial differences in seniority and school level. Besides, it revealed a moderate and positively significant relationship between ethical leadership and school effectiveness and that ethical leadership significantly predicted school effectiveness. In recent years, value-based leadership styles have come to the fore in educational leadership. One of the reasons why this research is vital is that it provides a result confirming this change
